Chris’s move to AstraZeneca in 2010 followed 19 years’ experience with the global management consultancy, Accenture, latterly as a senior executive within their global delivery group.  Over a broad ranging consulting career, Chris worked with senior leadership teams in many of Accenture’s largest global clients in a number of industry sectors.  His work saw him partner closely with senior business leaders in the development of innovative business led IS strategies allowing him to develop a wealth of business and IS experience.  Chris shaped and led a number of the largest business transformation programs undertaken in recent years and held global responsibility for leading risk and governance reviews across all areas of Accenture program delivery activity.

Chris has a degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham. He enjoys working in different cultures and has worked extensively across Europe, India and the US.
