Kay Formanek is Managing Director and Founder of KAY Diversity and Performance, a company specialised in allowing businesses to digitally transform by way of optimally leveraging the diversity of their digital talent. The Netherlands wishes to be the leading digital economy in the world by 2020 and yet it is hampered in the realisation of this goal by an increasing gap in meeting the demand and supply of digital talent caused by the limited role played by women (around 12% of digital roles).

KAY Diversity and Performance is working internationally, nationally and within the public and private sector to lessen this gap and drive digital transformation.  For 25 years Kay was Managing Director in Accenture serving a variety of leadership positions worldwide. She is the author of diversity books, lecturer and collaborator at leading Business Schools and serves as coach and advisor to Boards and leaders who wish to have guidance and direction on how to lead their digital transformation with diverse talent.  Kay delivers the Course “Digital Leadership leading to Engagement and Performance”. She serves as Vice Chair of an NGO serving the interests of women and children in fragile states. She is a much requested speaker on the topic of digital talent.
