Andrew is an experienced Chief Executive in the public sector.
Recently, in response to austerity, Andrew has turned Aylesbury Vale District Council from a traditional inwardly focussed council to an innovative, forward thinking and commercially orientated organisation. Not only providing services to households (Limecart) and business (Incgen) it is also a development and mentoring incubator for other local authorities, helping them generate revenues and reduce cost in a more entrepreneurial way.
Andrew also provides mentoring to other chief executives looking to move from the status quo to crafting their own destiny and the destiny of the authorities they work for.
