Gurpal has always had a passion for introducing innovation and new trends since he can remember, whether it is at home or work. He graduated with a 1^st class honors in Computer Science and has been working with multiple organisations on their change/transformation journeys. More recently he has been involved in leading digital and innovative programmes for public sector organisations such the East Midland Police Forces and Network Rail.

He has mentored and coached organisations to ’break the mold’ and introduce change which benefits the organisations customer and employees.
